• Setup Assistant does the Firebase setup for you — you only sign in to your Google account (or enter the details yourself, with a step-by-step picture guide)
• Link a phone in seconds by scanning a QR code shown in the software

• Each staff member sees and does only what you allow

Online Payments

• UPI QR on the bill screen, counter, restaurant, hotel and on the mobile app — the payment is checked automatically and the bill is saved with the UTR number
• Website orders can be paid online
• Each gateway has its own ledger, plus gateway charges and settlement entries
• Paytm payments from the mobile app and website work even when the computer is off — the software checks them again with Paytm and posts them when it opens

Keeps Working When You Close It

• After you close the software it can keep running quietly in the background (tray), so phone bills, website orders and payments keep coming in
• Can start by itself when Windows starts

More Than One Computer

• Your company books are kept safely (encrypted) in your own Firebase
• “Add Another Computer” gives a small file and a code — the second computer joins without any Firebase setup
• One main computer at a time; if the main computer is off, another computer can take over and keep working
• Safe disconnect: a clear warning (English and Hindi) before you disconnect, and your saved key lets you connect again anytime

Users & Security

• Many users, each with their own login ID and password
• Roles & Rights — choose exactly what each staff member can see, add, edit, cancel, print or export (for example: billing staff cannot open Settings or reports)
• Admin sets their own login ID and password on first sign-in

How to Install

1. Download the setup file.
2. Double-click it. If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, click More info and then Run anyway.
3. Click Next → Install → Finish.
4. Open Shronix Billing & Staff, sign in, and enter your licence key.
5. Set your own Admin login ID and password when asked.
6. Create your company — or use Settings → Upload Backup to bring your old data back.
