Privacy Policy

1. Company Information

This Privacy Policy applies to Shronix Technology Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us"). Address: P No 1 A, Opposite Kardhani Petrol Pump, Gokul Nagar, Kalwad Road, Jaipur – 302012, Rajasthan, India. Email: shronixt@gmail.com | Phone: +91 86966 77897

Scope: Sections 2 to 10 apply to Shronix online services and platforms (such as KYC, WhatsApp API and payment / payout API integration). Section 11 describes the Shronix Billing and Shronix Service Windows software, and section 12 describes the Shronix Billing & Staff (Shronix Business) Android app. The software and the app do not collect the identity, KYC or bank data listed in section 2.

2. Data We Collect

• Identity data: Name, date of birth, government ID numbers (PAN, Aadhaar)
• Contact data: Mobile number, email address, business address
• Business data: Company name, GSTIN, business registration details
• Financial data: Bank account details (for verification via penny drop only — not stored permanently)
• Usage data: Login timestamps, IP addresses, transaction records
• WhatsApp API data: Phone numbers, message delivery status (message content is not stored)

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate our software services
• To verify identity (KYC) as required by law
• To send transactional notifications via WhatsApp/SMS
• To route payments and payouts through the licensed PA/PG provider whose API is integrated (the provider processes the funds)
• To comply with legal obligations (RBI, PMLA, IT Act 2000)

4. WhatsApp API Usage

We use WhatsApp Business API via authorised Business Solution Providers solely for transactional messages, OTPs, and service notifications. We do not use WhatsApp data for marketing without explicit consent. Message content is not stored beyond delivery confirmation.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) KYC API providers (Sandbox.co.in) for verification, (b) RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator / Payment Gateway (PA/PG) providers whose APIs are integrated, for payment and payout processing (the provider processes the funds; Shronix only integrates their API), (c) Law enforcement when legally required. All third-party sharing is governed by data processing agreements.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as required by law (generally 5–7 years for financial records under PMLA). Non-essential data is deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.

7. Data Security

We implement encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews to protect your data.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact: shronixt@gmail.com. We respond within 7 business days.

Our web platforms use session cookies for authentication only. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

11. Shronix Billing and Shronix Service (Windows software)

• The software works on your computer. Your business data (company, bills, items, parties, accounts, backups) is stored on your own computer in C:\ShronixData. Shronix Technology Pvt Ltd does not receive, store or sell this data.
• Licence check: to activate and verify a licence, the software sends the licence key, a device identifier (a one-way code made from the computer’s hardware), the computer name, the Windows version and the app version to the Shronix licence server (nexus.shronix.in). Nothing else from your books is sent.
• Optional features use the accounts that you connect yourself: your own Google Firebase project (mobile app and online store), your own payment gateway (Paytm, Razorpay or Cashfree), WhatsApp and your own email. That data goes only to the service you connected.
• To delete your data, uninstall the software and delete the folder C:\ShronixData (take a backup first if you may need it again). For licence records write to connect@shronix.in.

12. Shronix Billing & Staff mobile app (Android) – shown on the phone as “Shronix Business”

• The app works only with the Shronix Billing / Shronix Service software of the business that connects the phone.
• Business data you enter in the app (bills, receipts, orders, customer names, phone numbers and addresses) is stored in the business owner’s own Google Firebase project. Shronix Technology Pvt Ltd does not receive, store or sell this data.
• Google Firebase is a Google service. Google’s privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy) applies to data stored there.
• UPI / payment QR codes are created through the business owner’s own payment gateway account (Paytm, Razorpay or Cashfree). Shronix does not receive or hold any payment, card or bank details.
• The app uses the camera only to scan the connection QR code and item barcodes. Photos are not saved or uploaded.
• Bluetooth is used only to print bills on a thermal printer chosen by you.
• Fingerprint / PIN lock is checked by your phone; the app never receives your fingerprint.
• A device ID is used to link the phone to the business and to unlink it later.
• “Try Demo” shows sample data only; nothing is saved or sent.
• All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
• Data retention: the data stays in the business owner’s own Firebase project until the owner deletes it. Shronix keeps no copy.
• The app is meant for businesses and their staff and is not intended for children under 18.
• To delete data: the owner can unlink the phone from the software (this removes the phone’s access and its data on the phone), or write to connect@shronix.in. Full steps: shronix.in/legal?tab=deletion.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using any service provided by Shronix Technology Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Shronix Technology provides software products, custom development, and API-integration services — including the integration of RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator (PA) and Payment Gateway (PG) providers' payment and payout APIs into client software — for legitimate business use only in India. Shronix is a technology and software integrator; it is not a payment aggregator, payment gateway or payout provider, and does not hold, collect or settle client funds. All payment collection and payouts are processed by the licensed PA/PG provider under the client's own arrangement with that provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and represent a legally registered business entity in India. Individual consumer use is not supported for payment / payout API-integration services.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use services only for lawful, legitimate business purposes
• Do not use our platform for chit funds, pyramid schemes, investment schemes, online gaming, cryptocurrency, or any activity that violates Indian law
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent security measures
• Maintain confidentiality of your API credentials and account passwords
• Immediately report any suspected unauthorised access to your account

5. KYC & Verification

Clients onboarding for payment / payout API integration complete the KYC verification required by the integrated PA/PG provider. Providing false or misleading information may lead to suspension of the account.

6. Payment Terms

• Software licence fees are due as per agreed invoice terms
• Where the integrated PA/PG provider requires prepaid funding, funds must be available with that provider before disbursement (Shronix does not hold client funds)
• All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Disputed transactions must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date
• Refunds processed within 7–14 business days as per product policy

7. Intellectual Property

All software, code, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Shronix Technology unless a source code transfer agreement is executed in writing. Source code purchasers receive a non-exclusive licence for their own business use only — resale or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Shronix Technology is not liable for: (a) losses arising from misuse of our platform by clients or their end users, (b) technical downtime of third-party APIs or payment networks, (c) regulatory penalties arising from client's non-compliance with applicable laws, (d) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. Acceptable & Lawful Use

Our software and integrated payment APIs may only be used for lawful, legitimate business purposes. Accounts found to be involved in fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity may be suspended, and Shronix will meet its legal obligations, including cooperating with the relevant authorities where required by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account with reasonable notice, or without prior notice in cases of serious policy violation or unlawful use, in line with our agreement with you.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

RBI & PMLA Compliance Policy

Regulatory Framework

Shronix Technology provides its software and PA/PG API-integration services in strict adherence to:

• Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Payment System Guidelines
• Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) and Rules thereunder
• Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT (Amendment) Act, 2008
• Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Nidhi Rules, 2014 (for Nidhi company software)

Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy

Mandatory KYC is required for all business partners using payment / payout API integration:

• Business registration documents (GST, MSME, or Company registration)
• Authorised signatory Aadhaar and PAN verification
• Bank account verification via penny drop
• Business address and nature of business declaration
• Periodic re-KYC as required by regulation

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Controls

• Transaction monitoring and suspicious-transaction reporting (STR) to FIU-IND are handled by the licensed PA/PG provider under PMLA
• Shronix supports these controls through client KYC onboarding and by sharing information where legally required
• Maintenance of onboarding and KYC records as required by law
• Regular risk assessment of onboarded businesses
• Enhanced due diligence for high-value or high-risk clients

Prohibited Activities

• Chit fund collection or disbursement
• Collective investment schemes or ponzi operations
• Online gaming, betting, or gambling
• Cryptocurrency or virtual asset transactions
• Unauthorised deposit-taking activities
• Any activity that violates RBI, SEBI, or Nidhi Act regulations

Payment & Payout Processing

All payment collection and payouts are processed by RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator (PA) / Payment Gateway (PG) providers whose APIs Shronix integrates into client software. Shronix Technology acts solely as a technology and software integrator — it is not a payment aggregator, payment gateway or payout provider, and does not hold, collect, route or manage client funds directly. The client's relationship for fund processing is with the licensed PA/PG provider.

Compliance Reporting

Where legally required, Shronix Technology cooperates with the relevant regulatory authorities and provides information as mandated by applicable law.

Liability Protection Clause

Responsibility for how the software and integrated payment APIs are used rests with the client and its authorised representatives. Where required by law, Shronix cooperates with the relevant authorities.
