We use WhatsApp Business API via authorised Business Solution Providers solely for transactional messages, OTPs, and service notifications. We do not use WhatsApp data for marketing without explicit consent. Message content is not stored beyond delivery confirmation.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) KYC API providers (Sandbox.co.in) for verification, (b) RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator / Payment Gateway (PA/PG) providers whose APIs are integrated, for payment and payout processing (the provider processes the funds; Shronix only integrates their API), (c) Law enforcement when legally required. All third-party sharing is governed by data processing agreements.
We retain personal data for as long as required by law (generally 5–7 years for financial records under PMLA). Non-essential data is deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.
We implement encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews to protect your data.

By accessing or using any service provided by Shronix Technology Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Shronix Technology provides software products, custom development, and API-integration services — including the integration of RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator (PA) and Payment Gateway (PG) providers' payment and payout APIs into client software — for legitimate business use only in India. Shronix is a technology and software integrator; it is not a payment aggregator, payment gateway or payout provider, and does not hold, collect or settle client funds. All payment collection and payouts are processed by the licensed PA/PG provider under the client's own arrangement with that provider.
You must be at least 18 years of age and represent a legally registered business entity in India. Individual consumer use is not supported for payment / payout API-integration services.
Clients onboarding for payment / payout API integration complete the KYC verification required by the integrated PA/PG provider. Providing false or misleading information may lead to suspension of the account.
All software, code, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Shronix Technology unless a source code transfer agreement is executed in writing. Source code purchasers receive a non-exclusive licence for their own business use only — resale or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.
Shronix Technology is not liable for: (a) losses arising from misuse of our platform by clients or their end users, (b) technical downtime of third-party APIs or payment networks, (c) regulatory penalties arising from client's non-compliance with applicable laws, (d) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
Our software and integrated payment APIs may only be used for lawful, legitimate business purposes. Accounts found to be involved in fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity may be suspended, and Shronix will meet its legal obligations, including cooperating with the relevant authorities where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate an account with reasonable notice, or without prior notice in cases of serious policy violation or unlawful use, in line with our agreement with you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Shronix Technology respects your right to have your personal data removed from our systems. This page explains how to request deletion and what to expect.

Shronix Technology acts solely as a technology and software integrator — it is not a payment aggregator, payment gateway or payout provider, and does not hold, collect, route or manage client funds directly. The client's relationship for fund processing is with the licensed PA/PG provider.
Where legally required, Shronix Technology cooperates with the relevant regulatory authorities and provides information as mandated by applicable law.
Responsibility for how the software and integrated payment APIs are used rests with the client and its authorised representatives. Where required by law, Shronix cooperates with the relevant authorities.
