3. Advance & Setup Fees

Any advance payment, onboarding fee, setup fee, customization fee, or milestone payment made towards services shall be treated as non-refundable, even if the client chooses not to proceed further.

4. Third-Party Dependencies

The Company shall not be responsible for delays, failures, limitations, or changes caused by third-party service providers, APIs, banks, or external systems. Such events shall not qualify for any refund.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks, reversals, or disputes through banks, payment gateways, or card networks for services that are delivered, ongoing, or already initiated.
